On July 5, 2023, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 500 invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence under the Express Entry system.
The draw was only open for candidates in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) occupations and the cut-off Comprehensive Ranking System score was 486.
