On September 20, 2023, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 1,000 invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence under the Express Entry system.
The draw was only open for candidates in transport occupations and the cut-off Comprehensive Ranking System score was 435.
