On September 27, 2023, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 500 invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence under the Express Entry system.
The draw was only open for candidates with the French language proficiency and the cut-off Comprehensive Ranking System score was 472.
