On February 8, 2022, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) announced the launch of an online status tracker for family class permanent residence applications.
Specifically, the tracker is available to the sponsorship applications in which a spouse, a partner, or dependent children can apply to become Canadian permanent residents.
The HMC team believes that the digital tool facilitates sponsors and applicants to access timely information about their applications.
