Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has yet to release details of the parental and grandparental sponsorship program for Canadian permanent residence for 2022.
The 2022-2024 Immigration Levels Plan previously announced by IRCC indicates that the aimed intake of Canadian permanent residents through this sponsorship program in 2022 is 25,000.
Under the plan, the intake target rises to 28,500 for 2023 and climbs again to 32,000 for 2024.
