On November 1, 2022, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) announced the 2023-2025 Immigration Levels Plan, aiming to admit:
- 465,000 new permanent residents in 2023.
- 485,000 in 2024.
- 500,000 in 2025.
IRCC believes that the plan will continue to support national economic growths.
