According to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), 336,419 authorizations and visas were issued for Canadian permanent residents in the first ten months of 2021.
Based on the monthly average from January through October, the total number of issuances for 2021 is estimated to reach 403,700 or so, an increase of nearly 145 percent from 2020.
