Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) recently announced a temporary lift of restrictions on off-campus work hours for international students in Canada.
From November 15, 2022, to December 31, 2023, international students in Canada with off-campus work authorization on their study permits will be eligible to work more than 20 hours per week.
The change aims to address the labor shortage in Canada.
